SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
A) Shipments to Italy
- The cost
Standard shipping cost is € 19.90; - Delivery takes place in 3-5 working days from the moment of receiving the order confirmation for products in stock. For all other products, the times will be communicated during the finalization of the order.
B) Shipments to the European Union
- The cost of Standard shipping is €49.90;
- Delivery takes place in 3-5 working days from the moment of receiving the order confirmation for products in stock. For all other products, the times will be communicated during the finalization of the order.
C) Shipments to the Rest of the World (International Shipments)
- The cost of Standard shipping starts from €99.90; the cost for customized products will be communicated at the time of finalizing the order;
- Delivery takes place in 3-5 working days from the moment of receiving the order confirmation for products in stock. For all other products, the times will be communicated during the finalization of the order.
Please note: All shipping times are calculated from the date and time of receipt of the order confirmation.
SHIPPING METHODS
Our Online Store ships to all countries in the world via specialized couriers such as SDA, UPS, GLS, BRT, DHL. Deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, during office hours. Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a delivery in advance.
All orders require a signature on the receipt. It is not possible to ship to PO boxes or use poste restante. If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, he will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a sheet with instructions each time or contacting the recipient to arrange a delivery time. For this reason, it is of fundamental importance to leave your mobile number along with the shipping address during the order checkout.
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure that you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the delivery times specified.

TAXES AND DUTIES
The price of all products already includes the amount of VAT.
Our shipments depart from our warehouse in Italy, consequently all shipments within the European Union do not involve additional duties by virtue of the absence of customs restrictions on the free movement of goods between the member states of the European Union.
For international shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local fees imposed by the country to which the shipment is being made. Payment of these fees is required to exempt the order from customs charges.
We cannot predict how much you will pay for taxes and duties, so we invite you to check them before placing an order. Our online store ships worldwide with DHL or UPS and shipping costs are already included in your final order total. However, as international carriers of your order, DHL or UPS may present you with a separate invoice with local taxes to be paid.
