Once the mechanism has been chosen, the total quantity to be compensated is equal to the height of the mechanism decreased by the net internal height of the door.

The quantity obtained must be divided on the two ends of the mechanism up to a maximum, for each single end, indicated in the following tables or in the "COMPENSATION" line in the mechanism sheet.

Assembly of shutter cloth with insertion of snap mechanism

MECHANISMS WITH STANDARD COMPENSATION

1. Insert the two already compensated mechanisms into the two uprights of the previously assembled door frame, making them snap inside the door profile (PART.01);

2. Place the positioning caps T on the fins of the lower crosspiece of the door frame and then push them towards the mechanism M (PART. 02). Repeat the operation for the upper crossbar.
Skip step 3 if the assembly of the positioner profile is done without a positioner;

4. Insert the compensator profile C, previously cut according to the cutting lists shown in the mechanism sheets, onto the end caps, rotating it slightly (PART.04);

5. Insert the X slats, previously cut according to the cutting lists shown in the mechanism sheets, on the appropriate Y slat holders (PART.05). If required, insert the gasket in each slat beforehand, excluding those adjacent to the lower and upper compensator profiles;

6. If provided, insert the brush S into the slats adjacent to the lower and upper compensator profile (PART.06).

MECHANISMS WITH TELESCOPIC COMPENSATION

1. Prepare the lower right and left telescopic compensation kits by sliding the positioning cap P onto the compensating cap C until the upper end of the cap P is aligned with the notch relating to the established compensation (See FIG.03 on page 7);

2. Insert the positioning profile into the hollow of the lower crosspiece of the door frame and lock the telescopic compensation kits at its ends and to the uprights of the door frame itself (PART.01);

3. Insert the compensator profile inside the positioner profile e
block it in the caps C of the telescopic compensation kit;

4. Prepare the upper right and left telescopic compensation kits by aligning the upper end of the cap P with the notch relating to the writing MAX;

5. Insert the positioning profile into the hollow of the upper crosspiece of the door frame and lock the telescopic compensation kits at its ends and to the uprights of the door frame itself (PART.02);

6. Insert the right and left mechanisms into the relevant uprights of the door frame (PART. 03);

7. Push the positioning caps P of the upper compensation kits (PART.04) towards the center of the door so as to slide the compensation caps C downwards until they adhere to the mechanism (PART.05);

8. Push the upper positioning caps P towards the mechanism and lock them to the compensator caps C (PART.06);

9. Complete the sheet by inserting the upper compensator profile into the caps C and all the slat profiles into the relevant supports.

Installation of shutter cloth with inserting mechanism

PARTNER MECHANISMS WITH STANDARD COMPENSATION

1. Assemble three sides of the door frame (two uprights and lower crosspiece);

2. Insert the positioning profile into the hollow of the lower crosspiece of the door frame, previously cut to the dimensions shown in the mechanism cutting lists, with the positioning caps blocked at its ends;

3. Block the right and left mechanisms with the lower and upper compensator profiles and with the slat profiles previously cut to the dimensions shown in the mechanism cutting lists;

4. Insert the assembly obtained (point 3) inside the three sides of the door frame (point 1);

5. Assemble the positioning profile, previously cut to the dimensions shown in the mechanism cutting lists, with the relative caps to the upper crosspiece of the door frame;

6. Assemble the upper crosspiece obtained (point 5) to the sash frame complete with the shutter cloth.

3. Insert the positioning profile P, previously cut according to the cutting lists shown on the mechanism sheets, into the tray V of the lower and upper crosspieces (PART.03);
